| no one can really say how many you need.... Get 1.5-2 grams a protein per day, try to get as many whole food protein as possible. |

| yes estray told you that in ???whey??? post "Yes, for before and after workouts for quick absorption. milk slows the absorption down so its good to mix with before bed. That smoothie sounds good but its alot of extra calories." estray |

| i just finished 5lbs of vanilla from Higher Power which is bodybuilding.coms own brand and i thought it was great. mixed with water it gets thick like the taste of mixing with milk. now i got optimum gold double chocolate and it tastes like chocolate water. my opinion its terrible. |

| I think one with breakfast would be a perfect time because you havent eaten in hours throughout the night. and definately within the first 15mins after training. I always buy vanilla flavoured because i can change it to chocolate or strawberry with ice cream topping, but if you want to lose fat thats prob not a good idea if your taking those unnecessary calories that arent helping.. and they got a shit load of sugar. |

| i like the dymatize butter cream toffee. its super duper good with milk! i drink @30 minutes before and 30 after training. |

| its not really a rounded meal replacement so i dont know about using it as such. its good to use as a supplement but i would at least have a small meal and have the protien on the side. my flavor by the way is rocky road. when i bought it i was scared that it was going to be terrible but i took the risk and it payed off. :) |
