Does Anyone Have Any Great Chicken Or Turkey Recipies For Good Quick Meals???

My favourite chicken one is dead easy....

Put two chicken breasts on a sheet of foil, throw in a couple of peeled cloves of garlic, a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice and sprinkle with thyme or italian seasoning.

Wrap the foil round so it has plenty of room to steam and put in a pre heated oven at about 150. 25- 30 mins.

Takes about 3 mins to prepare and tastes great and doenst have loads of extra calories.
