| This is what I've been eating for roughly 6 weeks. Everyday is not like this, but this is the ideal day and what I typically try to eat. Please tell me if you think I'm not getting enough carbs or getting too much protein and not enough cals. I've gained about 7 pounds in 6 weeks on this and have actually gotten leaner by increasing the intensity of my workouts, doing abs every other day and cardio about 2 times a week. Please help, all suggestions are appreciated!! |
