I would have to say that your diet doesn't look too bad, just keep the cardio moving along to burn the calories. Maybe include the cardio on 1 or 2 of your off days. There is 3-4 extra days there in the week. I don't know, what do the rest of you think?

Thanx for the advice mj. HATE cardio but i know its a necessary evil. will try and do some more on my rest days. noticing the difference that the diet makes already...unless thats just psychological. just out of interest...what does your bicep measure on that damn photograph? it looks huge!! gav.

My bicep, or at least my "arm" measured around 17 1/2" around. Biceps are a part of it, but the triceps make up the majority of it. Its a large muscle, not to be ignored. Just happens to be my favorite too. Thanks for the compliment GAV. Its not psychological, you will notice it. Just stay focused and be patient with it and you WILL reach your goals.

I would suggest that you put some food in your stomach at 7.30 with the protein shake and especially all those tablets. May speed up metabolism as long as you drink plenty of water!! dont forget how important the water is.

| cosmic, i thought about that myself...especially, as you say , with popping a handful of pills every morning aswell. Maybe a small bowl of oats made with fat free milk?? thanx for the feedback guys....seems i didnt go to far wrong with my first attempt at getting the diet right. will post some b4 and after pics in a few more months when im happy with where im at. | Thats good advice. There are many that believe breakfast sets the tone for the whole day. If you start starving yourself right away, you could slow your metabolism down for the rest of the day. Oatmeal is good. Or eggs. |
