| Day number "2" with my precontest diet. So far so good. The ending looks like its gonna be "VERY" and I mean "VERY" trying! :aah: By then, I will probably have to lock MYSELF in a closet for safety reasons! :banghead: I've thrown a couple ? to one of our experts (~wink~) but if anyone else has any suggestions, please feel free to throw them my way. This is TOTALLY a trial and error run for me. Just tryin to see what does and doesnt work for my body. Thanks. I apologize ahead of time if I offened anyone from this day forward. Just just keep in mind that its the lack of food and or energy taking over my ability to think straight! :screwy: SB |

| so youre doing a show? how far out are you?? if its day 2 in i dont think you should cut carbs...but maybe i misunderstood you. |

| Cuts-today I will only take in carbs in the am and post drink of Isopure WITH carbs after workout. The next 2 days the ONLY carbs will be again Isopure WITH carbs. Day 5 NO CARBS (*** NOTE- Sorry Storm, I told you wrong) Day 6-8 CARB LOADING. Day 9 would be the "would be show day". |

| Yea I need to re-read that PM it s a bit jumbled no offense to you I have to break it up and see how it all is put together.. Don't post anything on here you won't get solid advice at all as there isn't anyone on here with contest exp.. |
