I used to put thme in my shakes....now I'll buy egg beaters if i add em ot my shakes

yeh i sometimes put 2 raw eggs in my protein shake. I wouldnt have raw eggs like rocky.

ofcourse whole eggs have protein and cholesterol. i think each raw egg added to a shake has about 6g protein.
