| Dr. Smoothie's Fruit Mixture. Ice Water a couple scoops of protein. sitck'er in a blender and its very good. I personally like the strawberry banana flavour the best. On the Dr. Smmothie jug, it will say how much juice to mix with water and ice. |

| i purchased mine from a local gym that had it. but i doubt most will carry it www.drsmoothie.com i think they ship anywhere in the US. :D |

| Thanks. I wonder if this would work for other fruit flavored mixes. I never like the fruit flavors because they were always too sweet, but I guess if I mixed with ice and water, it would be good. Are we actually talking about a flavored smoothie mix that you came up with the idea of mixing with a non flavored whey? |

| yupp. :thumbs: i use strawberry banana flavoured whey in the shakes though. it goes fine because the onyl flavour of Dr. Smoothie I use is strawberry banana :D |

| Ive been mixing 1 cup milk/ 2 scoops protien = 40g / 1 scoop peanut butter and some ice cubes...pretty good chocolate/peanutbutter taste. |

| Nectar protein is supposed to be really good too...and comes in fruit flavors :) |

| a good mixture is 4 scoops vanilla ice cream/ bout 10oz low fat milk/ 2 scoops of muscle milk chocolate milk flavor/ 2 bananas/ 5g of glutamine non flavor supplement(precision engineered)/ 5g of creatine non flavor supplement (EAS)/ 1scoop of ON's 100%whey (vanilla). It is very replenishing. usually runs about 40-48oz. |
