My mate is currently 77kg and wants to hit 85kg.. he thinks he is doing everything right but seems to be sitting on that weight. His 20y/o and has been training for the last 3 years but had a big break because of uni and is trying to get back into it now. I was wondering if anyone could write up a diet/prog that might help him stack on the weight. thanks

well man its pretty generic. tell him to eat alot of caloires. steak, burgers, chicken, shakes, rice, pasta, burritos....if he eats alot he will gain weight

Thanks cuts. I told him that but i was just gonna put it on paper so the dickhead wont forget. Do you think it matters much if he doesnt eat clean?.. or will this just mean he will reach his desired weight quicker but then his gonna have unnecessary fat to lose. But if he eats clean it will take much longer but it will be quality weight. I guess fat always gotta come with bulking and loss of muscle always comes with cutting diets.


brandozz his current weight is 169lb, wants to reach 187lb.
