| Hi guys this is my diet that I ussed so far to go from 90Kgs to 73Kgs. I'm planning to start bulking but not sure how to change it. All suggestions welcome. Cheers 7.00 – wake-up protein shake 7.30 – Oats with rice milk with 1 banana, raisins and nuts 10.30 - Sandwich made with wholemeal bread with loads of seeds in it ( I picked this one cause at my local supermarket since it’s the one with higher quantity of fibber) and boiled chicken breast one plus two pieces of fruit ( pear or banana or plums) 12.30 or 1.00 My lunch : Boiled wholemeal pasta with 2 chicken breasts or tuna in spring water or mackerel; one piece of fruit 4.30 or 5.00 Same as the10.30 meal sometimes only 2 pieces of fruit like bananas and a hand full of seeds and nuts. 7.30 gym twice times a week cardio at 65% of maximum heart rate three times a week weights Protein shake after weights ( 20 gr whey on water plus 10gr L-glutamine) Around 10.00 dinner Vegetables soup which I now add a tin of 200 gr. of baked beans |
