I am 16 and im currently taking weightlifting 1st block at HS. I like to eat a lot of protein and need a good amount of complex carbs in the morning especially since i got weight lifting 1st block. Any suggestions I usually have to eat wierd combinations like some leftover chicken and some fruit and that upsets my stomach

Eat Chicken, Beef, Fish, all meat :D and also buy some protein.

lol yeah thats right lol forgot to say that :)
well in the morning i eat something (always different) and after that i eat a sandwitch with "meat" in it :) lol
eat every 3 hours :)

i usually mix my protein powder into my oatmeal.

yeah thats good oatmeal, not the instant one tho...

it fills you up for a while and its good carbs...
