| Hey everyone. I need help with something. Im wanting to try to get between 400g-500g of protein a day and cut down my carbs and fats less than 300g a day. I work from 530am-430pm. I really need help into what I should eat and when. I dont like TUNA so is there any substitute for that? can someone write out a schedule I could use? Thanks, Jack |
