Ive seen alot of people say to consume Glutamine right after a workout. Is that right?

Also, I havent seen alot of people say anything about Soy. I love Soy milk. Is that ok? Or should I even use Soy products?

soy is good for blood lipids when on a cycle i think too

L-Glutamine after a workout will help with recovery. and yes soy increases estrogen slightly. Dont know if its enough to have an affect on anyone but i choose to not go near it, some people argue that people who do that are being ridiculous.
