| Hey everyone. During the day when Im drinking my Whey Protein Shakes, how many oz. or cups should I drink? Should it vary during the day compared to my workout time? Thanks, jack |

| Take 2-3 shakes a day, check the packaging for recommended usage. Most of the time its however many scoops +10 oz milk, low fat milk, or water. |

| personally, i have one when i wake up w/ breakfast, a pre workout, and post workout shake, and one right before bed. All of them have different things in them though. |

| this is what i do. 7am - real food 9:30 - shake/fat 12:00 - real food 2:30 - shake/fat 5:30 - real food - Pre workout 6:30 - workout 7:30-8:00 - real food - high protein/carbs 10:00 - real food - i consume dairy protein. (im trying something) If I wake up during the night i'll slam another shake. The pro powder i use mixes very easily with little water. I just put about 4 oz in it shake it and shoot it and chase it with some more water. I get sick just thinking about the taste - ugggh. |
