| Sometimes I have a difficult time dicerning what my bodies needs to be healthy and grow, and what my body is craving... how can i distinguish the two? |

| i'd tell you to think about what you have eaten so far. if you are lacking in any major food group (carbs, protein, fat) eat something that is high in that category. if youre feeling weak and tired try eating some carbs. hope this helps |

| you see, sometimes we crave for salty food or softdrinks.. all these because of less water intake. once you drank a glass or two, the craving will stop. it will nourish your body at the same time. not unlike when you are hungry, then you really need food intake!:cool: |

| Takes alongtime to really be bale ot learn what your body wants and needs..Some never fuly learn ths is what I am saying aout gear and receptors learning to tewak things at the right time as in diet training and the gear is how you can keep getting never ending gains but it is pretty much impossible to do all of them perfect.. You gain many mnay LBS of mucle every year bt you alot lose alot of it too if we could fig out how to stop the lose all of us could be 300lbs monsters but figuring out how to do that is just not in our reach.. |
