Hello, I was wondering if you could critique my cutting diet please?
I am an 18 year old male. I'm 5'9-5'10 and about 160 pounds. I am on a 4 day split and do HIIT 5 days a week in the morning. My diet when on no lift days is similar but about 200 calories less, from carbs.

Breakfast: 400
Whey Shake - HIIT
Whey Shake (5g L-Glutamine)
26g Oats
15g walnuts

Lunch: 400
Sandwich - 2 chicken breast

Pre/Post Workout: 350
26g Oatmeal - Lift
1.5 Whey Shake (5g L-Glutamine)
Dextrose

Dinner: 500
2 chicken breast or fish or lean meat
.8 tbsp olive oil
.25 cup brown rice
.5 -1 cup fibrous vegetables w/ .5 cup Fiber-One

Immediately Before Bed: 300
1.5 Casien Shake (5g L-Glutamine)
.8 tbsp flax seed oil

Total : 1950 (Off days total 1750)

I believe I am around 12- 15 percent body fat, and could post pictures too, to critique. I am looking to get down to 9% BF or even lower. I have researched on the net, and hope this all makes sense.

Why do you want to cut at 160 pounds? You should be trying to bulk up if anything.

I have always been "over-fat" and had little muscle mass. Now that I begun lifting a few months ago, quit all the long distance running, allowing me to actully GAIN muscle. I want to cut down, get lean, then do a slow clean bulk. :wink:
