For a bulking diet, I eat alot of chicken and alot of Tuna. That's what I should eat mainly right? I heard I should eat wheat bread too. What are some other good foods for bulking? Also, what's the difference between bulking and cutting diet?

if ur bulking, like truly bulking i wouldnt worry too much about what youre eating, just that youre eating alot. Fat is easier to shed than muscle is to obtain.

i would say make sure ur eating a lot of clean foods. try not to put fat on u cuz of course u could lose it but it is very disappointing to see urself gaining fat when u could very easily just be gaining muscle. trust me i was there.

Its alot harder than you think to "just gain muscle" Plus overall mass makes you stronger, which in turn will give you more muscle. Its the winter and its not like he has to turn into a huge blob. All im saying is if youre bulking you dont need to eat 5k cals of tuna, chicken, brown rice and veggies. Its damn near impossible to do. Thats lee preist bulking. Just some food for thought.
