| does anyone know or have a suggestion as of to how many grams of fat,carbs and protein should be consumed daily if someone wants to weigh 200lbs and for someone who wants to be 220 lbs? also wat would the total cals be for both weights?....i was recomended to take in 1200 cals from carbs, 1200 cals from protein and 600 from fat.about 3000 total cals. is that good? |
