| im always bulking bro. if i need to shed some BF i'll keep bulking and throw in cardio. you eat clean and workout with intensity you'll stay fairly lean all the time. only time to "cut" is for contest. SO EAT!!! what are you runnin? |

| no shit...i was tryin to cut some bf so i was eating all lean protein and shakes.i was doin 2 low carb(150gms) days and 1 high carb(350gms).it worked really well with the cardio. now im ready to put some size on. im running 500mg/wk(two shots) for 10 weeks. |

| how many cals,protein and carbs you take in daily? how much u weigh? |

| i weigh 235lbs about 11-12% BF. i take in 400-450protein and 500-600carbs. its 5000cals give or take. when im on i snack more on jerky and a small protein bar. if im hungry at night i throw in another meal of some chicken and rice |

| im gna start takin in 4300-4500 cals a day,350protein,500 carbs, and 100 fat. 7-8 meals a day.every 2-3 hours or so. whole grain pasta, whole rice,bananas,veggies,skim milk,oatmeal,yogurt for carbs.chicken,steak,ground beef,tuna and shakes for protein.and flax oil,natural peanut butter,red meat for fats. my goal is to gain about 12-15 pounds. i really wanna get 20,but we'll c. i want the least amount of fat to be put on tho. but i eat extra clean. and lift vigorously so i think i'll b fine. when i thro in the test then i should b gaining a hell of a lot faster. so im excited. cant wait!!! |
