I am about to start a clean bulk and i wanted to know what are the best carbs?because i want to limit the FAT i will gain so what are the best carbs out there?

P.S. i am 6' 2'' 194lbs right know is 300g protein a day enough? thanks

just look at the gi index.. the lower the better

I like to go with 2 times my bw but you should be fine at 300 grams
