| Egg whites and oatmeal, I know. I am so not a morning eater though. So I would typically make a shake with PB and yoghurt in it (fat free). Then I would eat a solid meal a couple of hours later. However, I am out of PB and yoghurt right now. Is yoghurt and an apple acceptable when dieting? |

| i am cutting and apples are a regular part of my diet. I didn't have much of a breakfast today either. 5 egg whites 2 yolks. |

| I just can't eat in the morning. I go to the gym first thing typically and if I eat oatmeal I just want to puke in the gym. |

| i always drink a shake. its easy and your muslces have had no protein all night so i think a shake is a good way to get it there fast |

| I'm really pretty lazy in the morning the only solid foods I eat on a regular basis is burrittos. Just take your eggs and a toritila and put some salsa on it. I get sick of just egg whites by themselves. Also for the shake I add oatmeal a lot of times. Little think but you get use to it. |
