I a finding that I am getting incredibly bloated after eating for some reason. For instance, this morning I had a protein shake and and apple for breakfast and afterwards I thought I was going to pop... Currently on 500mg enanthate per week. I bulked up for the first few weeks (237 - 255) and then started dieting a bit. Currently sitting at 247. Any ideas as to the bloating? I don't tend to hold water at all while on, it is stomach bloating as opposed to water bloat.

Funny thing ive found is pant size doesnt usually correlate with your actual waist measurement. Last winter my waist was 34.5-35 inches and i could fit loosely into most size 32 jeans.

Good... I hope that my waist is actually smaller!

No, other way around. The pants size is smaller than your actual waist size. Probably a marketing thing. I thought they only did that for womens clothing.

If your getting bloat from protein drinks it is probably becasue when uyou blend it up you add in a ton of air then you drink it: protein farts how to avoid the gas (http://www.conanstevens.com/bodybuilding-and-muscle-gain/diet-foods-and-protein/protein-farts-how-to-avoid-the-gas.html)

Pour 2 cups of milk in the blender and blend some whey in. Notice when youre done theres like 3 cups and its all frothy. Whered the extra come from? Air.
