For all of you that arent taking no-xplode, (which im currently cycling off of right now) what foods do you like to eat before you go lift? Just something high in carbs and protein or what?

sometimes after. some say its good but i love to go home and eat 8oz of steak or chicken with 2 1/2 cups of brown rice. add in 12oz of milk and thats a good meal! i can shove it in after the gym FAST RIKE RIGHTNING!

I have a shake with pb and non-fat yoghurt before and after.

Its best to eat a small meal about an hour prior. sweet potatoe, 2 chicken breast, and some veggies.

before i usually have some chicken and oatmeal and a shake.during i have some gatorade and after i have a shake and lots of simple carbs aka sugar.then an hr later i have chciken and another shake with some brown rice

i'll eat some chicken or tuna with some veggies about an hour before or i drink a shake with a min. of 45 gm protein and 40 carb and 3 amino 2200 tabs. then 30 min later i take 3 cee caps and 3-4 gms arginine and drink a couple of bottles of water before and throughout.(i get amazing,but painful at times, pumps)
