| i eat a pb and j sandwich every day.but i use whole grain bread and this stuff called,well i forgot what its called.(my wife makes my food for me)but it has flax seeds and flax oil in it.just use natural pb and not the reg sugary kind |

| Better yet, multigrain bread. Id say 75% or more of whole wheat bread isnt any better for you than white bread. Look at the ingredients, if the first one is enriched flour you might as well be eating white bread. |

| always look for hugh fructose corn syrup in your bread.stay away from that.alot of wqhole wheat has it.estary is correct,its easier to find good whole grain bread than whole wheat |
