thinking of what i will do when i try my ten/test cycle.and was looking in the store for cranberry juice but cannot find it anywhere.will cranapple do the same?

yes but drinking largs amounts of water everyday can be equally as beneficial.

water is a given.i drink a gallon a day off cycle and 1.5 on.just looking for some extra protection

What is it you do for kidney health other than staying away from alcohol and cigarettes? What can you do to maintain and protect them ?
