| How long before my first meal, breakfast which is a few chicken breast a nice serving or 2 of green beans, piece of fruit, and an all egg white protein shake with whole milk. Howl long should i wait before hitting the weights?And i heard its a must not only to get your whey in after your workout but a meal high in solid protein such as chicken breast, steak ect, and something high in carbs such as pasta within 2 hours tops after workout? |

| i wait 30-45 minutes. some people need to wait 1 hour.... eat within 30minutes of your workout. you need simple and complex carbs and you can throw in some dextrose and yes you want something high in carbs and protein. i do 50+grams protein and 100+ grams of carbs |

| i drink 1/2 carbo force right after lifting and wait 15 min then drink the other 1/2 mixed with 50 grms protein. so i get like 110 gms carbs(malto and dextrose) and 50-60 gms whey isolate. then i wait an hour and i will eat some chicken or steak with veggies/rice or wheat pasta. thats like a 60/40 combo for the whole food post meal2. |

| I wish I could eat like this in the morning. I'm doing good to get 3/4 a cup of oatmeal in me in the morning. |
