ive been bulking for the past month and a half and ive seen some pretty solid results. i went from 182 to 196 and have stayed pretty lean but i wanna get up to 215 in the next couple months so heres my diet....



meal 1: 8-10 eggs whites, bowl of oatmeal and a glass of milk

meal 2: can of tuna, protein shake, and a cup of brown rice

meal 3: (post workout) BSN weight gainer shake, apple

meal 4: large chicken breast (or some kind of meat or fish) and asparagus

meal 5: two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and glass of milk

meal 6: BSN weight gainer shake, and a cup of yogurt



im 5'11 195, 11-12% BF, wanna get up to 215 so if you got ne ideas of things i could add into my diet such as an extra meal i would appreciate it

lol ass.

eat an extra meal and take out the PB&J. unless thats what you pack in your lunch box :D instead of the weight gainer you could substitute a plain ol' whey shake in there and some complex carbs. also, you need to eat 2 cups of brown rice with your chicken. i think you need more carbs so add in 2 cups of rice and maybe 1 or 2 bananas when you have a shake.

my lunch box picks up all the ladies.....but yeah i do feel like i need to add more carbs into my diet thanks for the advice:thumbs:

i've actually got the bulk so now want to cut. daily eats???what suggestions. more protein less carbs?? more chicken/ meats less rice/pots. need to get rid of this belly

if your bulking your still eating pretty clean up your carbs even add in some simple ones

also in meal 4 you should be eating some carbs since it is the first meal after your post work meal. after yourworkout you want simple carbs for fast absorbtion.. then a 1 hour - 2 hopurs later u want another meal with more complex carbs.

ok in meal 4 i added a bowl of brown rice and in my next meal im getting rid of the pb&j ( but i know getting rid of the pb&j's is gonna upset Dex lol)
and eating pinto beans with a protein shake lemme know if this is a good idea:thumbs:

You need to eat more than just a cup of brown rice more a day IMHO you need to eat at least 2 times your consumption of protein but preferably 4 times. Sweet potatoes, reg/red potatoes are great and full of nutrients for size.

Wheres your fats? you took the pb&j out right, get some walnuts, salmon, or some fish oil in there somewhere.

without a doubt u definetly need more carbs in that diet plan.You wanna reach that 220 dont you:thumbs: Your highest intake of carbs of the day should be right after your workout same as protein in solids and with high gram shake.
