| forgot who gave me this idea. im do wraps to take to work since i dont have a way to heat things up cause im a rough in plumber. big tortilla one chicken breast or steak green leaves and spinach broccili brown rice big tortilla one chicken breast or steak red leaves and peppers mixed veggies sliced red potatoes all of this if for lunch and taken with a cytogainer 52 gram protein shake. i eat lunch at about 11-12 so im gonna take about 6 wraps a day but change up with each one so that i get a different taste each time. i have to eat cold and this sounded good. i will eat about 3 hours and take a protein shake with at least 2 of them. let me know if there is anything else i could add or if i should change anything. |

| 50-60g of protein is plenty for any given meal. anything beyond that is possibly a waste. but those wraps will make good meals for sure. |
