| Hi, all! First off I used to be in good shape, i believe. Although I have spent the last 3 + months either in a full arm cast or recovering from the broken bones. Because of this, and college, junk food and beer led to me gaining quite a bit of weight. My plan is to drop about 35 lbs. I am 21 6'1 now about 245Lbs. I have been training/working out forever, I have played every sport imaginable. Now i Just need to get back in shape. Heres my dieting lifting plan for cutting...what do you all think? M,W,F:Cardio 3 differ machines @ 15 mins each T,T,S: 3X12 of a combination of 3 each day of: squats, clean, pull ups, dips, frontal squats, lunges, military press, bench Diet: M1-1 yolk, 3 whites, 1 piece of toasted wheat M2-Whey Protein shake @ 90 g M3-Tuna(celery,onions,dijoun mustard) on wheat M4-Whey protein shake @ 90 g M5-Chicken based meal: either chicken marsela, chicken & rice, or Chicken/Salsa & wheat noodles |
