Hi, all! First off I used to be in good shape, i believe. Although I have spent the last 3 + months either in a full arm cast or recovering from the broken bones. Because of this, and college, junk food and beer led to me gaining quite a bit of weight. My plan is to drop about 35 lbs. I am 21 6'1 now about 245Lbs. I have been training/working out forever, I have played every sport imaginable. Now i Just need to get back in shape. Heres my dieting lifting plan for cutting...what do you all think?

CArdio and lifting will be done @ 6 AM before first meal

M,W,F:Cardio 3 differ machines @ 15 mins each

T,T,S: 3X12 of a combination of 3 each day of: squats, clean, pull ups, dips, frontal squats, lunges, military press, bench

Diet:

M1-1 yolk, 3 whites, 1 piece of toasted wheat & Ephedra @ 25 mg, Caffeine @ 200mg
M2-Whey Protein shake @ 90 g
M3-Tuna(celery,onions,dijoun mustard) on wheat
M4-Whey protein shake @ 90 g & Ephedra @ 25 mg, Caffeine @ 200mg
M5-Chicken based meal: either chicken marsela, chicken & rice,or Chicken/Salsa & wheat noodles
M6-1 cup Tuna(celery, onions, dijoun mustard)
M7 (right before bed)-Whey protein shake @ 90 g

What do you guys think? Good? Bad? Any changes?

I wouldnt lift without eating. Youll be depleted of gylcogen and your lifting session will be shit.

The theory behind running on an empty tank is that it will force your body to tap into fat stores for energy. Honestly though I would have a real chill like 30g protein shake before working out. The rate that whey is broken down and digested it gets used in no time.
