| B-6 K Selenium Magnesium Phosphurus i seem to be lacking in these the most in my diet, i get like no selenuim, i have 1% of the RDA, would it be worth me getting a supplement to get the RDA? or do these not really make that much of a difference either way? |

| Its cheap enough to buy a multi that has 100% or more of everything so i think youre doing yourself a dis-service by not taking one. Its the first thing on my short list of supps. |

| well im taking a multi right now that gets me over on everything except those, i figure it wont be to long until im out of the multi im taking now, but i wasnt sure if those are some key elements i should be getting right now or if ill be fine without them and to just make sure i get a multi that has them when i run out of my current ones |

| it looks to me like most of those vitamins are in fruits and veggies, which im not to keen on, im chokeing more down than i have in the past but im still not getting enough of those to get those numbers to where they need to be |
