hey guys im in the dark on this im looking ANY help i cureently weigh 200lbs with around 16% bf im competeing in june and i want to know how much weight should i cut to and if this diet is sufficent thanks


Diet: Phase One 16 weeks out
Meal 1:
2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites
6 oz. lean beef (my favorite 4 letter word "BEEF")
one cup of oatmeal
Meal 2:
10 oz lean beef
1 sweet potato
Meal 3:
10 oz lean beef
1 apple
Meal 4:
10 oz. chicken breast
1 sweet potato
Meal 5:
10 oz. sirloin steak
2 cups veggies.
Meal 6:
12 oz sirloin steak
2 whole eggs


Diet: Phase Two 5-6 weeks out?

Meal 1:
8 oz. ground beef
3 egg whites, 1 yolk
1 grape fruit
Meal 2:
8 oz. round steak
1 cup green beans
Meal 3:
11 oz chicken breast
1/2 grapefruit
Meal 4:
8 oz. lean beef
2 cups green beans
Meal 5:
12 oz sirloin steak
2 cups green beans

8% bf would be respectable I would think, maybe even good enough for a natural show? That's 16 pounds of fat for you of course. If you did well you could maybe only lose a few pounds of muscle with it maybe. So maybe a 20 lb loss total.

If its not natural, I would think you'd need to get on down to 6% or so. Which would be pretty rough I think.

Have you been measured? Estimation is not a good method for determining your bf . . .

I have no idea how to get that low, I'm struggling trying to get to 10% . . .

Its gonna be tough, getting below 10% is where it gets hard but keep it clean and you'll be fine.

im about 13% and dont see myself moving up or down for a while, lol

I had to get really clean and do double sessions to hit high 9's. It was worth it though.

How much cardio and activity you gonna be doing during the day? Is your diet set out according to when youll be training? i.e. No or fibrous carbs when not active and starches prior and simple sugars during and/or after.

Looks good otherwise

i surround my workout about 1 and 1/2 after a meal take in 20 g of protein before and 40 after cardio will be either 4-6 times a week split up between HHIGH INTESITY on a receumbent bike for 16 min and low intesity on treadmil at 12.5 incline and 3.5 speed for 40 min
