i am 28, 5'11 175lbs. would like to add 10-15 lbs. i work out 3 days a week with weights and have been for 6 years. cant gain a pound!

8-9 percent body fat, not a huge eater.

what should i eat and when? want to add muscle mass.

You said it right there. Eat meat 5-6x a day along with a good complex carb. you cant gain if youre not eating beyond your maintenance calories.

to be big you gotta eat big....dont worry about gettin fat just lift heavy and eat eat eat!! post your diet and let people fix it:thumbs:

lol thats all u guys have to say? eat alot? some people dont have alot of food to eat unless they like to eat the same thing.

bascially

breakfast....... one large bowl of cereal, multivitiam

lunch....... sandwhich, 6 in subway, or homemade turkey, ham etc, chips, peanut buttercrackers, 2 cokes, chips, etc

dinner........usually homemade cooking, mashed or baked potatoes some type of meat, turkey, steak etc, veggie sides, greens, apple sauce, beer or two,

night cereal again

work out 3 days a week, days i work out, weight gainer drinks

you're not eating at all. breakfast needs to be 10 egg whites and some oatmeal with a banana or something. i bet you eat lucky charms, dont ya???

6 meals a day. before bed you should eat some PB and i drink some milk also. search for a meal plan or diet on here. i dont have time to write it out. go eat some food!

honestly, my gf eats more than that, and she is dieting.

You need at least 6 meals a day, with 40g+ of protein per meal. Id strive for 500 cals per meal as well.
