| So here I am roughly 205+ at 12% bf and I'm 10 weeks away from the show I've gotten leaner since my last bf test but I'm going off the last. It seems I'm maintaining all of my muscle and only losing fat. My prep cycle 100mcg/day Clen 800mgs eq wk 100mgs eod win starting 8 weeks tillor mid january 4iu's gh then I'll drop it 10 days prior as it was recommended to my (Thanks storm) 100mcgs t-4 w/ post w/o slin inj at 10iu's of slin and meal t-3 asap 25-50mcgs a day 1000mgs wk test prop stoping wednesday prior 100/100mgs tren masterone eod till the wed prior starting at 8 weeks prior Halo 3 weeks till the 1st week 5mgs/day, 2nd 10mgs/day, 3rd 20-30mgs/day I'm debating DNP right now at 200mcgs/day for the last 4 weeks b/c of its anti-catabolic and amazin fatloss properties. My workout has been 5-6 days a week with a day off when I need it. Day 1- Chest 5-7 exercises, 4 sets, reps 8-20 2- Back 5-7 exercises, 4 sets, reps 8-20 3- legs 7-8 exercises, 4 sets, reps 8-45 4- shoulders 5 exercises, 4 sets, reps 8-20 5- Arms Bis/tris 5-8 exercises, 4 sets, reps 8-20 Diet Up until the 8 week mark 7-8am 10 egg whites 1 cup oatmeal 2 iu gh inj 15 min later slin 6 iu's 9-10 2 scoops 0 carb, 50 gram protein, 30 carbs, 0 fat 30 grams oatmeal 11-1 8 oz steak/ham/chicken/turkey 1/2 sweet potatoe 1-3 8 oz steak/ham/chicken/turkey 1/2 sweet potatoe Preworkout 1iu's gh 4-6 workout pwo 1iu gh 10 iu's slin/ shake same as above 1 hour later 5 exercises, 4 sets, reps 8-20 Then I usually snack on something like rice cakes, peanut butter, jelly, edamame, something good but contains no bad fat. Cardio 3 days a week 3-4mph/ treadmill slow jog or incline walk 30min every 1-2 weeks I'm going to increase it about 10min Any suggestions? Also, my main problem is waking up at night starving and wanting to eat more, what can/should I eat? Also, during the day I am STARVING!!!!!???? any supps anyone recommend? |

| I used it before loved the hell out of it but I hated feeling like I ran a marathon all day. Walking to the kitchen which is only about 10ft away was a chore, sitting still in a pile of drenched clothing being sedentary. Sleep the entire night in sweat and waking up with drenched sheets, but the fatloss was unheard of I have yet to take another anti-catabolic/fatloss agent as powerfull as this but I worry about the health hazards |

| I should fix it but its too funny. :D Also, the competition was postponed thanks to my trainer saying my legs are under conditioned and to small in the wrong areas. I did cardio every day for the last two weeks and probably lost 2 inches |

| I am not understanding when you are adding in the clen..DNP ugh plain and simple poisionous crap.Careful with the cardio I hope he is trying to bring you in eary then fill you out..To much cardio will flatten you out real quick. |

| LAst week on the clen and not sure on the dnp if I were to do it it would be the last 4 weeks. And, I just appreciated his honesty. He said the cardio kicked my legs asses and that I do cardio when he says. |

| I laid off the cardio for about a week now last I did was 10 incline stair climber at a pace of 2.8 which was kicking my ass but also flattened my f*ckin legs. I have been eating correctly and doing everything right losing fat no muscle only lost about 3 pounds since I started and I'm more defined and my arms are filling out and muscles I think its the pwo slin with meal and shake. |

| Why did he say your not ready? I am saying doing alot of cardio bring you in quick but sometimes that is better for some but it can overdiet others but agai if it is early ie 4 weeks out you can always fill a person back out..You wi find out quick some days you look like crap other days great..Getting it right day of the show is what is most important. |

| I won the hvy wt class..I was still not filled out enough b/c I had dried out to much and it affected my carb up.And yes I think that is a vein or two on my skull. |

| Yea your gonna have to invest in a good digital camera and get someone to take pics in the mandatory poses Cani..I know full well pics can not show certain things but getting the basic poses down will show alot over time as you keep taking them.. Trust me it is the best way to do things you cant just go though your prep without knowing what you look like when posing or at certain points during your prep..I normally take pics at least every 10-14 days during the entire prep.. |

| I really dont want to say anything until I see full body shots Cani. Nothing bad but it is just better when the shots are full body.That way symentry can be seeing and what area need to be worked for better balance..Esy to say big delts and thick arms but maybe they don;t look as big as they should when a full body shot is see or maybe they overpower some other areas..You have seen the pics I take during a prep so get it done..Plus you have to work on your posing..Nothing worse then getting in shape and looking like a retarded fish out of water trying to pose. |

| Ok, I'm getting those pics done tonight. I'm putting on weight that I lost but looking leaner and bigger. Its crazy what proper dieting can do. | I tyhink you should take it the last 3 weeks up til the day of the show..As I said in the PM take your other fat burners during the day and the clen at night..Dnt stop any fat burners until after the show or again you will get a rebound effect especailly in water and that is what wins shows. |

| Yes take your ECA's during the day then clen at night..Anykind of fatburners is going to help keep water off you so once you stop there will be a rebound effect and you will hold some water..Whe you get realy lean IE 5% and lower it is very easy to wash out your look with a little water under the skin.. I wake up in the morning looking like an anatomy chart and after my firlst meal and 32oz of water all gone washed out in a few hours.. |

| concluding yesterdays meals included 2 more large shakes 1 10 oz steak a large salad, and 6 oz of shcrimps and I'll have the same today and probably the same for the next 3 days proceeding tuesaday sat I'm going to carb load then a solid day of regular diet sweet potoates and sofemthing like that Second day of carb depleting. I am starting to get spacey with out carbs. This is day two of the carbs 8am 2 iu's of gh 830 10 egg whites 10 am 50grams zero carbs isopure protein 1200pm 2 cans of tuna and some edamame I just threw up the tuna and protein so I'm going to eat it again, I'll keep you posted |

| ECA starts now take it everyday..Is this the diet giving by your guy? Where the heck are the carbs? Carb depeltion doesn't mean no carbs just a low day and def some carbd in the morning regardless..My lowest carb day still had 100-150g.. |

| Hey whatever works Cani if your losing bf and keep on your muscle then fine I just found it weird you had no carbs for your first three meals besides a little fibours carbs which isnt anythng but filler to be honest..I didnt eat any veggies at all during my prep.. | I am thinking he is worried since 10 weeks and 12% can be looked at in a few dif ways..Just all depends on how fast you can be brought in without losing to much muscle..12% is the max IMO that you want to get in offseason and 12-16 weeks is the prep you need again depending on how you can chnage. Some change quick some come in slow so it is just trial and error gotta do it to know it..I was 9% to start my prep and I should have done 8 or 9 weeks not 12.. You will be fine it is all a learning exp so when you do it again you just get better..Def get that camera and get to taking good pics to see how things progress.. |

| Thouhg my exp I don;t like diuretics to much and if you do need them then that friday only maybe a samll amount sat morn..Start taking in 3gals plus on monday or tues and start cutting back on thursday and fri and you will dry out nice..You should be taking in 2gals a day anyways..Diazide is the best choice IMO there are a few others but again not doing it right can fck up the way you look and mess with your carb load. |

| No lasix..It is by far the strongest but also one of th most dangerous..IMO it is only good if your doing a shitload carb up for the show..plus you have to load on potassium several days before the show. |

| Well again Cani is your guy helping you on the diuretics? Laix isn't something to guess at you have to be taking the Potass about 3-4 days out with every meal usually 99mg then come friday a little more..I don't think you should use lasix just to tricky to use it can really flatten you out. |

| No he says to use as much natural stuff as possible. He said don't worry about that now just do as I say. I don't like that I personally want to know for my own reasons and doing the research myself to avoid any second guessing if I can get my own and do it the same way or better. I hear 2-3grams of potassium with no more tyhan 40mgs of lasix after carbs loading but then I heard of some other stuff I have written down. |

| I agree but even the natual stuff which I used my last show dried me out to much and it affected my carb load..it is good to take potass anyways but not as much unless your going to use a potass sparring diuretic. If you do use a diurtetic I would go with something ese besides lasix.aldactone,natual,diazide any of those before lasix. |

My diet has been roughly 7-8am 10egg whites 8:30 2-4ius of gh, 50mcgs of t-3, 100mcgs of t-4, 25mgs of winny, glucosamine, mutlivitimin, and shredder 9-10am 50 gram 0 carb shakes 11-1pm 2 cans of tuna and 2 cups of edamame, shredder and 50mcgs of t-4 2-3 50 gram shake 4-5 meal 2 chicken breast/10oz of steak and 3-4oz of shrimp and 3 cups of spinach preworkout- 10mgs var Workout 6-9pm 100gram shake I'm eatinng like this about 4-5 days a week then on the weekend I load on carbs like everymeal. I'm starting to get supid and cant really think rights. its wierd but I'm getting leaner every day. |

| go ahead guys and here's the update. Drugs using: Gh 1-6 iu's/day, 900mgs of test prop EOD, EQ 800mgs, t-3 50mgs/day, 100mcgs/day, arimidex 1mgs/eod, tren 100mgs/eod, I'm going to be dropping the test for Primo and masterone here this week I'll run those every day. Diet: 7am- 10 egg white 1iu-2ius gh 8am - 100gm shake with oatmeal 1 cup 10am - fuit shake with no xplode 12-1pm - 2 chicken breasts/steak and shrimp etc 2 cups of salad 3pm - 2 cans of tuna gagged down with water 5-6 pm workout 7-9pm same as meal 3 rice cake I've been eating natural peanut butter to curve my appetite or a shake My body adapted to the 0 carb thing. On the weekends I carb load with like little day 1(friday), 2 (sat) moderate 300gms of starches, 3 (sun) all I can eat as much as possible until I am flat and round. Currently I've been bouncing between 186-192ish bf is roughly >9% but probably lower would be my educated guess. You can see all my abs 3 days after ab day and I have done a total of 200min of cardio in the last few weeks I'm at week 7 but I'm probably due to drop another 5-8lbs with out giving muscle. I am hungry all the time and starving tunda taste like moist bad smelling paper towels, chicken is dry no matter how good it is, and I'm never thought I would dislaike steak but I'm getting there. I got a few good recipes for those interested even for cutting, spagetti pasta with chicken and cheese. I've also been tanning which so they say helps release subcutaneous water which I personally sounds like marking propaganda but it help with this skin condition I have developed brought to you by my 4 year stay in the military. |
