MOP look bro I applaud your efforts but I would hardly trust one source of information that's biased and only half right. The author of that article is giving the POV of get big a lean with his methods. Regardless of who does that method I can think of one body type that it will not work for which completely voids the grounds of any arguement he had he also see's a lot of wrong in a lot of whats been working for a lot of the people for years.

I realize there are two points of view lol I just love that article. :p I guess I am mad cause I went up to 25% bodyfat at one point cause I was careless in what I ate, as long as it had protein. Now that I am doing things correctly (paying mroe attention to my diet) I am trying to burn "lean bulking" into people's brains so they don't end up like I did and not like their bodies. I see where you are coming from and totally agree, but there is also a point where people say "boo hoo I'm getting fat from bulking" when the intital purpose of bulking is to gain LBM.

eating 5,000 calories isnt eating a cheeseburger every meal. you still eat healthy and throw in a burger or pizza to get an added 1000 calories. I still watch what i eat but i may eat more steak and rice. shit, i could eat 50 doughnuts and be done for the day

theres no real science to this. If you are getting fatter than you want to, cut some of the shitfood out. If not, keep doin what youre doing.
