| i have started bodybuilding for the past 2, 3 weeks. but im still confuessed about my diet etc.. can someone please help me how can i change ma meals?? i saw some postings to eat more eggs ... and less milk .. and apple.. but if one can help me, i will be thankfull. thanks street |

| you need to find a base routine for yourself.. what works for one does not work for another... what is your current workout routine? do you have a current diet? what are your stats? post some of these... use the search function in this forum, a lot of diets and training programs onh ere to get you started in theright direction |
