| Which is better? I tend to constantly eat throughout the day, would it be better to wait and do it exactly every 2 hours? |

| consantly eating is harder keep track of calories unless you sit down with a pen and notepad all day with every mouthfull of food you have, and it is easier to have too much so depending on what your goals are I cant answer your question properly |

| eating throughout the day i would think would be better. your body is consistanly gettin protein and carbs and consistantly digesting food. when im eating and drinking water throughout the day i am always hot and sometimes even sweat. I think its important to get in your bigger 6 meals but some protein snacks in between wouldnt hurt |

| it takes 3 hours for your body to digest food id say the first day of your diet eat something small every hour while your awake then after that go to six meals a day. if your bulking eating so often is even worse cuz your not allowing your body to digest the food it will just be constantly breaking it down |

| Well, my current eating pattern is like this: I wake up eat some oats and go workout. I drink gatorade while I workout to keep the electrolytes in me. When I get home I prepare the food I eat throughout the day, while doing so I always have a protein shake with L-glutamien, and Flaxseed oil. The rest of the day I will usually munch on peanuts all day. I will have several larger eating sessions during the day where I will eat chicken breasts, or boiled eggs, can of tuna, cottage cheese. Im just making sure I hit 200g protein by the end of the day. I also take multivitamin tablets in the morning and calcium chews. So, is there anything that seems wrong with the way Im doing things? |
