| Hello to all, I used to workout based on football. Now taht is over my routin will be based on looks. Im looking for a simple diet. I know coming into this water is very ket and I should be drinking tons of it a day. My diet as of right now is as follows; meal 1: 9 egg whites 2 pieces of wheat toast green tea meal 2: peanut butter (reduced fat) sandwhich w/ wheat bread apple meal 3: chicken breast 1/2 can of black beans handful of grapes meal 4: 2 scoops of whey in 8 oz non-fat milk wheat bagel meal 5: chicken or red meat large raw salad maybe some rice Am I on the right track? - chris |

| Id say get within 12 per body fat. Im 6'3" about 235lbs right now. Dunno my fat % right now. Im guessing low 20s. |

| protein looks a lil low, i would say bump that up a lil more, you should be bringing in 250+g per day, also get some fish in there (tuna) or get some flax you need to get your omega's in. post your typical workout routine, and we might be able to help you more |
