| wassup guys! I was sondering during which meal should i be eating most of my carbs and when shouold i not be eating or eating little carbs? |

| i find it best to eat my carbs in the morning... and find it best to not be eating carbs after my workout |

| simple carbs around training and activity otherwsie complex carbs. remember carbs = energy so if your not going to use it dont eat too much especially simple sugars. Although Fibrous carbs can be eaten as much as you want. edit: meals high in carbs should be to restore glycogen which may be in the morning, during and post work out. |

| eat alot the majority of your carbs in the morning and POSTWORKOUT.i limit my carbs after 4 p.m. but you need simple carbs afetr you workout.p9d6 got it wrong,you need to repair your body after a tough workout |

| Theres 3 times a day you really need carbs. 1. when you awake 2. pre workout 3. post workout. Thats not necessarily in order of importance cause i think theyre all equally important. |
