Alright, some members say that you should have a carb cutoff, around 4ish. I also know that you're supposed to get in good carbs pwo for recovery. I'm in the gym, varies, but usually between 430 and 730 at night...how do I balance the two? Do I keep the carb cutoff on my off days and eat a small portion of good carbs asap after my workouts? Should I look for a shake that has carbs as well as protein? Any ideas would be very appreciated......

Even if you take in carbs at night, they wont hinder fat loss if you do it after a workout. All youre doing is replenishing glycogen stores. I look at it this way when im cutting. You really need carbs 3x a day. In the morning when you awake, pre and post workout. So on non workout days, yeah, a carb cutoff might be a good idea. As for the shake, just add dextrose to your post workout whey shake.

Honestly, if your cutting no starches after 3-5pm depending on when you sleep. There really awaits no magic formula only sharing personal experience and what has worked for me. I have been cycling everything going a few days with 0 starchy carbs then on a day or two then off then an actual off day where I really don't straw from my diet but indulge for 1 meal. The best thing to do is manipulate your body to starve it from carbs so when you do feed it its best utilized instead of wasted and stored at your waste line. When I do eat carbs its usually oatmeal for breakfast not more than a cup a half a sweet potato for for each meal or some plain rice with some sort of sauce. Lately, I been eating a 30-100 grams of oatmeal blended in a shake with about 60-100 grams of protein. \
