| wassup! i was wondering if there was any good ways of cheating in a diet. my diet right now consist of 2 servings of oatmeal for breakfast, tow tuna sandwiches for lunch and for dinner is toss salad with meat. |

| best way to cheat is having another steak or bowl of rice maybe too much seasoning or sauce on your food but nothing more. So you like your salad tossed eh? Maybe Dex or Estray can help you with that. If thats your diet you need a lot more help what do you eat all day? |

| ok well thats not much of a diet....if your eating 6 small meals a day you wont be craving more food and your metabolism will speed up= more weight loss.....your body has to be starving right now....try eating more protein and less carbs like the 2 servings of oatmeal is unnessary....have maybe one serving of oatmeal and throw in eggs in your breakfast. and eat chicken and tuna in your other meals during the day with less carbs.:thumbs: |
