| Hey bros..this is what ive been eating. Im still cutting. sitting at about 19% now. Down from where i originally started at 27% and up from my lowest since then of 17%. Current weight is 242lbs. I know there is room for improvement, any comments are welcome. I also drink about 2 gallons of water a day. 8:00 am 5 egg whites 2 yolks 2 slice 100% whole wheat toast plain. glass of water. orange 8:30 am GYM 9:45 am Protein shake 12:00 pm 4oz 93% lean ground beef with taco seasoning and 1 cup brown rice. 2:00 pm 4oz 93% lean ground beef with taco seasoning and 1 cup brown rice. orange. Protein shake. 4:00 pm 4oz 93% lean ground beef with taco seasoning and 1 cup brown rice. 6:00 pm 4oz lean ground beef with taco seasoning. 8:00 pm Protein Shake 10:00 Pm casein shake 10:15 sleepy time. the totals for this are as follows... Cals ~2350 Protein ~285 grams Carbs ~150 grams Fat ~70 grams I will be swtiching up two fo the ground beef meals for boneless skinless chicken breast. I kinda go in rotation with those, because I tend to get sick of the chicken really quickly. |

| you think chicken will make that big of difference? the protein would be the same just losing 32 grams of fat for the day... |

| yea substitute it with chicken, turkey, or maybe even some tuna or salmon |

| i will, but like i said i kinda rotate the chicken and beef. i get sick of chicken after like 2 weeks. it starts to taste like shit. |

| mix it in dont eat just chicken or just beef have like a mix of beef, chicken, beef, chicken, you are looking to cut bf so cutting out some of the fat you eat is gonna help. the cals you drop in fat you can add back in with more meat or possibly some more carbs |
