| i was wondering how u can lose ur stomach? i am currently taking hydroxycut and eating two servings of oeatmeal in the morning, two tuna sandwich's and salad for dinner. |

| with that diet youll lose everything. you need to eat right and do cardio, hydroxycut isnt gonna do anything special. |

| hydroxcut hardcore took a couple bottles of it and got nothing, might look around for someone with ephedra if your lookin for a pill to take to help, but remember pills dont = magic gotta do cardio and get yr diet straight. im workin on droppin my gut as well. |

| Losing your gut? Have a cleaner diet (not saying your diet isn't clean) with cardio. If this doesn't work slowly decrease your calories. Good-day mate. |

| eat more than three meals man......try splitting you meals into 6 small ones throughout the day. |

| you need more protein and good fat for both breakfast and dinner, and protein between each meal. try egg whites in the morning instead of oatmeal and a grilled chicken breast with your night salad. you can add some fish oil to burn more fat. |

| any kind bro, running (treadmill or outside), biking (the kind with pedals), basketball, stair mill, even sex :thumbs: (alone doesnt count, if you break a sweat that bad alone its just freaky :laughing:) anything that gets yr heart rate up to what is considered a cardio workout for someone your size and weight, just remember you need to do at least 20min for it to really do anything. |

| try starting out walking on a treadmill at an incline grade of about 8 or 9 and walk at 3.6 mph for 45 mins a day till you start to drop weight then increase the intensity of your cardio session as you get into better shape:thumbs: |
