Hey guys I havn't posted in a while since I've been away at college and became a huge drunk lol. I finally got back into the gym beginning of January after being out since October due to laziness. I'm back at home but I want to change my eating habits but its hard for me since I am a somewhat picky eater. I eat almost anything but seafood which is tough since I don't like seafood. I don't have that great of a diet I drink a lot of water but I occasionally throw beer / soda in the mix which isn't daily but it happens frequently. As for eating habits I really eat whatever I can find around the house since I live with my parents but I am going to start going food shopping on my own. I am currently 21, 183 and 5'11. I go to the gym 3 times a week and do cardio 2 times a week. I like my body for the most part I think I could just get some better abs and get the muscles a little bit bigger I'd be happy. I do have a bit of a gut so I might want to trim down a little bit but still keep up my weight. So thats where my diet comes in I'd like to get myself a good diet where I 1.) Won't get fat, I don't want to have a gut or be chubby in any way 2.) I'm usually up to 2am and wake up around 11 or 12 so I'm trying to figure out a schedule for that. Besides that I have a George Foreman Grill are those even any good? If you guys can help me get a good meal plan I'd love to stick to it and see whre it brings me. Heres some pictures of me as of currently, please help!

If you want to get abs you have to do more then crunchies you need like weighted lifts leg lifts, rope crumchies, side pulls etc. As for the diet you obviously know what you need to do so whats your current diet? Any protein?

I'm going to try to start to eat more like I said I'm really not trying to gain weight I hate fat don't want to put on mass thats not muscle. As for deadlifts what do you think those will do for me? As for my diet I eat a protein shake at least twice a day I usually do a cup of skim milk, 2 scoops of protein, a banana, scoop of peanut butter and some oat meal in my shake. I do one after I lift and usually one before bed. Besides that my diet is varied I don't have a set regiment for eating, which I would like to incorporate into my diet instead of going on a day to day basis. I'm really just trying to find a good meal plan since I like good food in my routine.
