| Today was my first day on a new whey diet. I fu#$ing plateaued after losing like 30lbs. So I went to GNC and picked up some Hydroxicut and some 100% Whey. Here's my diet 5 Egg whites, 2 pieces of wheat, 2 sausage patties Whey shake (2 scoops) Chicken (straight up, roasted) Whey shake Tuna, or a flank steak Whey shake I do cardio and lift about 2-3 times a week Gimmie some advice on how to manage this Whey protein Also, the Hydroxicut gives me the shakes and I feel all juiced up. anything to take that edge off? |

| your gonna have no energy eating no carbs.... id say get rid of the wheat in the morning and have some oatmeal and maybe some brown rice with one of your other meals.....also have some asparagus....for your jitteryness ( i doubt thats a word) lol but drink lots of water |
