Currently i am 6' 230ish about 15%-16% BF
Looking for Pros and cons


Breakfast
1 can Carnation Instant Breakfast
1 apple
20 ounces black coffee
8 ounces of fruit juice (my choice)

Snack
1 can Carnation Instant Breakfast

Lunch
1 banana
1 apple
15 carrot sticks
Sandwich:
2 slices whole wheat bread
3 slices of turkey breast (Oscar Myers 98% fat free)
lettuce
tomato
mustard

Snack
Muscle Milk Shake

Dinner
Salad:
2 cups romaine lettuce
whatever vegetables I like to add
3 tablespoons oil&vinegar dressing
2 tilapia filets
1 cup sugar snap peas (or more if still hungry)
1 cup brown rice


Calories: 2734
Protein: 173 grams
Fat: 90 grams
Carbs: 328 grams
Fiber: 25 grams

r u tryin to lose or gain weight??? either way though ur not eating enough protein for someone who is 230lbs

Did you read my diet? I eat rabbit food two.
So diesel you think my protien is the only thing i should change?

Too much fruit and veggies eat some carbs, rice, oatmeal in the morning will guarantee you to drop weight, I promise. Also, don't drink water when you eat carbs, not a lot that is because of the slin spike eat nothing fatty but maybe some egg whites.

eat salad but your body can only digest 200 cals from fruits and veggies, look bro carbs will help you lose weight just not so much after like 3-6pm. shakes and water after that with small meals.

kinda, honestly not if your cutting. I think like 1-2 grams growing 2-3

the fact your 230 and that bf is great b/c it doesnt make sense..def up the protein and rotate the carbs.

what do you mean by rotate carbs? I see that you have done a couple of shows. So how is 16% bf great? I will most likely will have to drop 215 to see single numbers.
