| Your not eating enough plain and simple. Get off the board kid your pissing a lot of people off we aren't going help you get any or give you advice on gear so give up and train harder than you ever had. I personally don't believe you are consuming half of what you do and not gaining. |

| yeah 17 isnt a good gear time, you got to learn a lot before that should even cross your mind. although gear does help it doesnt do anything without a good diet and workout routine. get those things in order and use those to achieve most of your goals, then once you peak out then look elsewhere. |

| yes and some can also cause heightend rage, shaking, bad dreams, ED, hairloss, crazy BP, man boobs and even death. just like lifting wrong can cause broken bones, muscle strains, tears, back issues and when the bar is laying on your chest it can even cause a person to have trouble breathing. learn to do things the propper way, do some research :thumbs: |

| ive been weight lifting for only 2 months or so now, plus i got an ok build, i think ill just try out supplements, good diet and routines, BTW what do you guys think about the 5x5 workout, id be doing it 6x a week, monday and friday would be chest days. |
