I am trying to get my bodyfat% into single digits. I currently weight lift, eat pretty healthy, and do cardio after every workout. I was wondering if I should be taking a protein shake after my workouts to help me get leaner. Also, it is the winter, so I try and run in the gym, but every sorority chick and their mother is on the treadmills. Is biking the best cardio I can do other than running? I usually do HIIT on any cardio machine I use. Thanks

protein shakes Post workout help you add restore repair and build muscles. when you lift your body is using the the protein in you and when your done it needs replenished. for cardio use a elliptical....but the main way to get into single digits with bf is by having a perfect diet otherwise itll never happen. so post up your diet and let us fix that for ya

Well my diet is not perfect as I am in college. For breakfast I usually eat a bagel with cream cheese, oatmeal, or kashi go lean cereal. Lunch is usually a ceaser wrap or a ham sandwich. Dinner I eat fish, chicken, whole wheat pasta, and steak. I do have the occasional slip ups with pizza and of course I drink beer on the weekend. I do not drink soda anymore, just water, orange juice, cranberry juice, etc.

well to get into the single digits for bf% your gonna need to give up the drinking and eating junk food also you need to be eating 6 small meals a day so go out and buy some things like apples, protein shakes, eggs, tuna, rice cake...stuff like that for snacks. and for your meals try to eat things high in protein and lower your carb intake....thats means get rid of the cereal,bread,bagels....try to eat things like tuna chicken and turkey for your meats....believe me its not an easy thing to do but if you wanna see those results its gonna be done in the kitchen:thumbs:

Well regardless, I want to decrease my bodyfat%, long term I would like to see my abs. I just ordered ON 100% whey and will be taking that post workout. I was also considering taking no xplode or nitrix. I have taking no xplode before and loved it. Any thoughts on me taking these, or not? Thanks for the help
