| I weigh about 175. When I'm at 160 I feel increadible and my BF is pretty low. I havent been there for 6 months when I was working 10 hours a day. Back at college now and I remember getting that lean is 70 percent diet. Here it is: 8am - 150 cal wheat bagel (half) + 2 boiled eggwhites + 8 oz grapefruit juice 10am - 150 wheat bagel (half) + carrots/brocolli + banana 1pm - workout 3pm - 150 cal whey + 160 cal peanut/almond/sunflow seed mix 5pm - all veg salad + 6oz chicken + 8oz grapefruit juice 8pm - 2 egg whites + VEG 10pm - 8oz cottege cheese I feel like Im forgetting something. Any Suggestions? Thanks |
