| Should high glycemic foods be ingested after post-workout... like pasta and white rice? If I'm going to cut, can I use high GI foods after I finished lifting? And should I take low-glycemic or high-glycemic carbs before I workout?? Thanks. |

| well cutting and bulking is all the same to me food wise but if i wanna lose a little bit of weight i cut my calories. olive oil and fish oils are always good fats and good carbs are brown rice, wheat bread, oatmeal, etc... |
