| What kind of foods (for cutting) are good for post-workout on lifting days.... what should I ideally take to get the best & most nutrition out of this meal? |

| post work out is the ideal time to protein shake :fast digesting to repair the muscle you just destroyed. For a good post work out meal (about one hour after the post w/o shake): I love red meat at this point. And a good portion. For the carbs,use some rice (about 1/3 cup pre-cooked) or whole wheat pasta (about 2/3 cup pre/cooked). And vegetable are imperative. Veggies will give you good vitamins and anti-oxydants to fight free radicals.:thumbs: |

| down a large salad, and a steak or a baked potato, and some chicken breast whatever you eat just make sure you get a good carb load in, and protein are you drinkin a PWO shake? |
